How to prepare watermelon Lychee Granita Recipe

Ingredients For watermelon Lychee Granita

1/2 cup cubed watermelon
7-8 lychee
1/2 cup sugar
10 mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated ginger

How to make watermelon lychee granita

Take lychee pit lychees and discard the seeds . Now in a mixer put mint leaves, ginger and sugar. Now add 1/2 cup cubed watermelon lemon juice and lychee. Blend to smooth puree and transfer it to the bowl. Blend the remaining watermelon to a smooth pure and combine this with the previous mixture and mix it well . Pour this into a sturdy freezer-safe container. Once frozen use a fork and start racking the mixture from sides first and proceed eventually. Put it in the freezer once the entire mass is racked up. After 2 hours remove and repeat the racking process. Freeze still ready to serve.
 Garnish it with mint leaves.

Chocolate Dessert without Baking & Cooking - A simple chocolate based dessert made from wheat bread and fresh cream garnished with cherry on top.


INGREDIENTS
Wheat bread2 cups crumbled
Fresh cream3/4 cup
Chocolate sauce3/4 cup
Sugar1 tbsp
Water1/4 cup
Cherry2 pieces for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS
To Prepare Ingredients
To assemble this quick and easy Chocolate dessert recipe all you need is to prepare ingredients and assemble them directly in the serving bowl / cup or glasses.
First we need to dissolve 1 tbsp of sugar in 1/4 cup of water. This sugar syrup is used to bind bread crumbles and keep them moist.
Also take fresh cream and add Sugar as per your taste.
Take the wheat bread and roughly grind it in a dry mixer grinder. Coarsely grind the bread.
Now take Chocolate sauce / syrup in a bowl and start assembling Chocolate dessert without baking or cooking.
To Assemble Chocolate Dessert - No Bake No Cook
Place the serving glass / bowl and add a layer of wheat bread crumbles. Make the layer 1/2 inch thick.
Now with help of spoon drizzle sugar water on bread crumbles so that they get moist and settle together.
Now pour Chocolate sauce / syrup and make another layer again 1/2 in thickness.
Similarly its time to add fresh cream so make another layer of fresh cream with sugar.
Repeat the steps and make alternate layers of bread crumble, fresh cream and chocolate sauce till it fill up the serving glass / bowl.
On top garnish with a cheery and keep the dessert refrigerated for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Body feels dehydrated ? need some water ? Just water ? Just water can't help Body to be Hydrated few Beverages do. Today I'm going to share one of them. Ginger-Mint Lemonade.


Ingredients :


* 2 cups water
* 1- 1/2 cups sugar
* 3 table spoon fresh ginger chopped
* few mint leaves
* 4 cups of soda
* 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice.
* 6 cups ice
* 1 lemon, thinly sliced.

How to Make ?


here are the steps.

* Combine water, sugar, and ginger in a small saucepan, allow the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and leave it until the sugar is melt.

Remove the pan from heat and add mint leaves, and let it rest for 10 minutes . Now strain the mixture into a container and place it refrigerate until its chilled.

Add ice , sugar mixture, lemon juice and few more mint leaves and lemon slices, stir the combo well and it's ready to serve.

Ingredients:

1 cup Curd (Dahi, plain non-fat Yogurt) 
1 కప్ పెరుగు
1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana (Kela) 
1 తొక్క తీసిన అరటిపండు
2 tblsp Sugar (Cheeni) or to taste 
2 స్పూన్లు పంచదార
1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) (optional) 
పావు టీ స్పూను ఇలాచి పొడి (టేస్ట్ కోసం )
Few Ice-cubes (ఐస్ ముక్కలు )

తయారు చేయు విదానం :

How to make banana lassi:

పెరుగు, పంచదార, అరటిపండు, ఇలచి పొడి , ఐస్ ముక్కలు అన్ని కలిపి mixi లో వేసి పూర్తిగా smoothness వచ్చే వరకు  ఉంచి , ఆ లస్సి ని గ్లాస్ లో సర్వ్ చేయండి అంతే చల్ల చల్లటి అరటిపండు లస్సి రెడీ . టేస్ట్ కోసం cherries , tutyfruty, ఎండుకొబ్బరి వెసుకొవచు. 

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender.
Pour in glasses and serve chilled.

చాకోలెట్ - 40 గ్రా.
పెరుగు - 120 గ్రా.
చల్లని నీళ్లు - 20 ఎం.ఎల్

చాకోలెట్ లస్సీ తయారి:


ఒక బాటిల్‌లో తాజా పెరుగు (ఫ్రిజ్‌లో పెట్టనిది), చల్లని నీళ్లు పోసి బ్ల్రెండ్ చేయాలి. బ్లెండ్ చేయడానికి మిక్సీని ఉపయోగించకుండా చిలకాలి. ఒక గిన్నెలో చాకోలెట్ వేసి, వేడినీళ్లు ఉన్న గిన్నెలో పెట్టి, చాకోలెట్‌ను కరిగించాలి. ప్లెయిన్ గాజు గ్లాస్ తీసుకొని, 30 ఎం.ఎల్ చాకోలెట్ మిశ్రమంతో లోపలి వైపు లైన్లుగా గీయాలి. బ్లెండ్ చేసిన మిశ్రమాన్ని గ్లాసులో పోసి, కరిగించిన చాకోలెట్‌ను పైన గార్నిష్ చేసి, చల్లగా సర్వ్ చేయాలి. చూడగానే పిల్లలను టెమ్ట్ చేసేలా ఉంటుంది ఈ చాకోలెట్ లస్సీ.
